Advertiser must notify Publisher of any errors in his/her ad prior to next issue. Horsemen's Marketplace makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its advertising, however, publisher agrees only to correct and reprint the ad in the following issue if the error is the fault of the Publisher and the error, in the judgement of the Publisher, detracts majorly from the effectiveness of the ad, for example: wrong phone numbers, or no contact information of any kind, major graphic or type omission. Publisher is not responsible for accuracy in an ad if materials submitted are difficult to read or understand or if the ad materials are submitted in large quanities and publisher is asked to select parts of information to construct an ad.
